Welcome to Silver Snail Jewellery. These terms and conditions govern the sale of our jewellery products and sundries through our website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Products and Descriptions
Each piece is handcrafted with care, using eco-conscious materials. We strive to ensure all descriptions, images and measurements are accurate, but slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our work.
Prices and Payment
- All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
- The website may convert to your currency for your convenience
- Payment is required at the time of order via our secure checkout
- We accept payment via:
- Debit / Credit Cards (including Visa / Mastercard / Amex / Discovery)
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
Delivery
- Orders are dispatched within 2 working days where possible (working days are based on the UK calendar)
- We ship via Royal Mail with tracking provided
- Delivery times may vary depending on location and service
- You are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes if ordering from outside the UK
Returns and Cancellations
- You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.

- Items must be returned in the original condition and packaging
- Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item
Please note: Bespoke or personalised items are exempt from cancellation rights unless faulty.
Faulty items
It your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days. We’ll offer replacement, repair or refund as appropriate.
Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and content on our website are the property of Vicky Barclay T/A Silver Snail Jewellery and may not be reproduced without permission.
Liability
We are not liable for indirect losses or delays beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the value of the item purchased.
